Your content and local storage
You retain your rights to the content you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use material you import. The app does not require a Yoofloe account. Device loss, clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local records; keep your own backups and export passwords. We cannot recover content or passwords that we never receive.
Functions and availability
Core calendar, task, note and focus features work offline. Android permissions, battery policies, force-stop, time-zone changes and device behavior can affect reminder delivery. Review critical appointments through appropriate additional means. Optional online functions depend on connectivity and their providers.
Exchange files are designed for later import into the main Yoofloe app. The main-app importer is a separate follow-up; exporting a file does not itself synchronize, upload or apply data elsewhere. Unsupported versions must be reviewed before import.
YouTube
Using the embedded YouTube functionality means agreeing to YouTube’s Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies. YouTube controls content availability, playback and its own advertising. The app does not download YouTube media, extract audio or provide a hidden background player. Yoofloe does not claim Google or YouTube endorsement.
Optional purchase
Core calendar, task, note, focus, Garden, backup and export functions are free, together with basic colors, a Sage theme and the Today widget. The optional Calendar Lifetime purchase removes Yoofloe advertising and adds three color themes, five event colors and the Week Agenda and Task List widgets. It does not remove YouTube advertising or grant purchases in other apps. See the purchase notice for restoration and refund details.
Updates and responsibilities
We may update the app for compatibility, fixes or new features. A purchase has no recurring renewal, but it does not promise that a particular Android version or third-party service will be supported indefinitely. We aim to preserve user data during supported upgrades and do not intentionally overwrite it through undocumented destructive migrations.
These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a limitation is permitted, the app is provided subject to its described technical and service limitations. Polish law applies only to the extent this does not remove mandatory protections in your country. Contact support@yoofloe.com about a complaint or remedy.
