Contact support@yoofloe.com for app, backup, purchase or privacy questions. Include the app version, Android version and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove private notes and dates from screenshots before sharing. Do not send an export password or full backup unless we have agreed on an appropriate support method.
Backup and transfer
“Back up this app” creates an encrypted full backup for Yoofloe Calendar. “Export for Yoofloe” creates a versioned transfer file for Schedule and Journal Notes; main-app Import is a follow-up. Restore previews counts before replacing local content. Keep the file password separately; there is no password recovery service.
Reminders and focus
Allow notifications and, where offered, exact alarm access in Android settings. Without exact permission, delivery can be delayed. Force-stopping prevents alarms until the app is reopened. The focus timer uses device elapsed time; uncertain sessions after reboot are paused rather than silently continuing.
Notes and YouTube
Notes can be undated or linked to a selected date, event or task. Changes marked Saved have reached local storage. Note photos are local copies; external image URLs are not fetched automatically. Garden’s YouTube player requires connectivity and separate consent. Disconnecting it leaves the native focus timer available.
