Yoofloe Calendar

Privacy notice

Your calendar, tasks and notes belong on your device. Optional online services have their own data flows.

Who is responsible

Yoofloe Sp. z o.o., ul. Ks. Józefa Poniatowskiego 2/6, 50-326 Wrocław, Poland publishes Yoofloe Calendar and operates this website and support mailbox. KRS 0001226002 · NIP/VAT 8982330825 · REGON 544088203. Contact support@yoofloe.com for privacy questions or requests.

Content stored on your device

Events, tasks, notes, folders, tags, chosen dates, links between records, imported photos and focus history are stored in the app’s private local storage. The app has no Yoofloe account or developer cloud database. We do not send this content to advertising or analytics services. Android automatic cloud backup is disabled.

The app’s local database uses Android’s app sandbox; it is not described as a separately password-encrypted database. Password-protected exports use encryption. Temporary processing files stay in the app’s private cache and are removed after the operation.

Files, photos and links you choose

The Android picker grants access to the photo or document you select. Imported photos are copied into app storage. The app does not automatically fetch external images or website previews embedded in notes. Opening an external link connects to the destination through your chosen browser.

A backup or exchange file goes to the location you select. A cloud document provider may upload that file under its own terms. Backups may contain trashed records; transfer exports contain active Schedule and Notes records. Keep the export password separately: Yoofloe cannot recover it.

Optional YouTube

Garden loads the official YouTube player only after you enable the connection. Google can then receive your IP address, device/browser information, playback requests and related interactions, and may use storage or identifiers under its policies. Your app notes, calendar details and focus history are not supplied to the player. The player may display YouTube’s own advertisements. Selecting “Open in YouTube” opens Google’s service externally.

Disconnect YouTube in Garden or Settings to stop loading it in the app. See Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Terms of Service.

Advertising and privacy choices

When advertising is enabled in a release, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising/app/device identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising is not the same as no data processing. The app does not add your content to ad requests.

Google’s User Messaging Platform manages relevant regional privacy choices, including European consent and applicable US state choices. You can revisit available choices in Settings. Where consent is required, requests wait for an eligible consent state. A purchase removes this app’s advertising; it does not remove YouTube advertising or prevent Google’s separate playback or purchase processing.

OFF builds make no ad or UMP requests. TEST builds use test advertising only. The exact public release and Play Data safety declaration must reflect the services actually enabled. This app is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Google Play purchases

Google Play handles checkout, your store account and payment details. The app receives purchase/product status and a purchase token to grant, restore and acknowledge an entitlement. We do not receive your payment-card details. The entitlement cache and pending acknowledgement information remain in app-private storage and are excluded from portable files. Purchase and restoration require connectivity; a verified entitlement can remain available offline.

This website and support

This is a static site hosted by Vercel. Ordinary request/security logs can include IP addresses, request times and browser information. We add no independent advertising or analytics scripts. Support email is hosted by Google; information you voluntarily send is used to handle your request. The app never automatically attaches your content to a support message.

Purposes, legal grounds and international processing

Local content is processed to provide the functions you request. Where applicable, service delivery and purchases rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b), legal transaction duties on Article 6(1)(c), support and website security on Article 6(1)(f), and optional consent-based advertising or media processing on Article 6(1)(a). Google and Vercel may process service data outside Poland or the EEA, including in the United States, under their applicable transfer arrangements. See Google and Vercel for provider details.

Retention, deletion and your rights

Local records remain until you remove them, replace them through Restore, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Trashed notes remain available for restoration. Removing local content does not delete copies you exported or sent elsewhere. Yoofloe cannot remotely retrieve or erase device content it never received. Support correspondence is retained as needed to answer the request and meet applicable claim or recordkeeping duties.

Where applicable, contact support@yoofloe.com for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent for data we actually hold. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including Poland’s UODO. Use the same contact for privacy complaints in Australia and for the operator’s privacy-officer/DPO functions in New Zealand and Singapore.
